Life is demanding, and most of us are busy indeed. Somethings we allow ourselves to become so preoccupied with the demands of daily life taht we forget to say thank you to the very One who gives us that life.

But the Bible makes it clear, given how often praising God is mentioned, that praise is a vital part of our relationship with God.

Because God is always with us, and because he is always blessing us, worship and praise can - and should - become a part of everything we do. Otherwise, we can quickly lose perspective as we fall prey to the demands of the moment.

Make it a GREAT week everyone!

Our duty each and every day is to place God first and everything else after Him. But because we are fallible beings with imperfect faith, placing God in His rightful place is sometimes difficult. In fact, at almost every turn it seems we are tempted to relegate God to a secondary position in our hearts and minds (or to ignore Him altogether).

Many of people do not agree with December 25th being Jesus birthday..but regardless of his true birthday - this is the day that we celebrate it...try to find balance on tomorrow - with gift giving and giving thanks.

Again, I thank you and Merry Christmas to you and your family! "Now thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift!" - 2 Corinthians 9:15

Warm Blessings,

As a thoughtful person who's been richly blessed by God, you have every reason to be optimistic about life – and you have every reason to share your hope with others.

Make no mistake: One of the reasons God placed you here on earth is so that you might become a beacon of His light and an encouragement
to the world. When you give hope to others, before long they give it to others still....and eventually it comes back to you.

As you go about your tasks, celebrate the good that you find in others. As the old saying goes, "When someone does something good, applaud - you'll make two people happy." Give someone a much-needed round of applause today.

There are no words to express the abyss between isolation and having one ally. It may be conceded to the mathematician that four is twice two. But two is not twice one; two is two thousand times one.

Warm Blessings,

Happiness depends less on our circumstances than on our mind-set. When we turn our thoughts to things positive - when we thank God for His gifts and revel in His glorious creations - we'll reap the rewards of those positive meditations. But when we focus on the negative aspects of life, we invite needless suffering into our lives and , by extension, the lives of our loved ones.

"You travese the world in search of happiness, which is within the reach of every man. A contented mind confers it on all." In other words - HAPPINESS - is totally up to us.

Here are two facts worth considering: God wants you to know true joy, but you must choose to accept the joy He offers. The way to do that is to meditate on and put your hope in Him. Today, direct your thoughts accordingly and you'll be looking in the right place for true happiness.

Warm Blessings,

Our world needs the right kind of leaders-leaders who are willing to honor God with their words and their deeds. But the same is true for your little corner of the world too: your family and friends need people who are willin...g to lead by example, not merely by proclamation.

If you want to be the right kind of leader, begin by serving as a positive role model to those around you. After all, your words of instruction will never ring true unless you yourself are willing to follow them.

The world needs you, your community needs you, and your family needs you. In face, since good leaders are a rare treasure, they need you very much. Are you the kind of leader you would want to follow? Make that your goal today.

Have a GREAT week?

If you've acquired the habit of putting off until tomorrow what needs to be done today, you know that procrastination can make you feel uncomfortable...sometimes very uncomfortable. So if you'd like to feel better about yourself and your world, try this: make it a habit to do things in the order of their importance, not in the order of your preference. When you do , you'll discover how good it feels to finish the difficult work first, rather than putting it off until the last possible minute.

Once you acquire the habit of doing first things first, you'll dramatically reduce your stress. You'll be more productive. You'll even sleep better at night.

So, learn to defeat procrastination by pushing past your uneasiness and focusing on the big rewards you'll receive when you finish your work. It's the productive - and the peaceful - way to live.

Warm Blessings,

Would you like the a formula for successful living that never fails? Here it is: Include God in every aspect of your life's journey, including the plans that you make and the steps that you take. But beware: as you make plans for the days and weeks ahead, you may become sidetracked by the demands of everyday living.

If you allow the world to establish your priorities, you will eventually become discouraged, or disappointed, or both. But if you genuinely seek God's will for every important decision that you make, your loving Heavenly Father will guide your steps and enrich your life So as you plan your work, remember that every good plan should start with God, including yours.

12/07/2010 - 1:51 p.m. (EST)

When we experience success, it's easy to proclaim, "I did that!" But it's wrong. It is very easy to overestimate the importance of our own achievements in comparison with what we owe others. In other words, reality breeds humility.

Who are the greatest among us? Are they the proud and the powerful? Hardly. The greatest among us are the humble servants who care less for their own glory and more for God's glory. If we seek greatness in God's eyes, we must forever praise God's good works, not our own.

If you're tempted to overestimate your own accomplishments, resist that temptation. instead of puffing out your chest and saying, "Look at me!", give credit where credit is due, starting with God. and, rest assured: There is no such thing as a self-made man. All of of us are made by God...and he deserves the glory, not us.

This principle of first things has to do with a giving of the whole of the first. When followed, it releases God’s promises and presence in every area of your life. First fruit means the first in place, order or rank; the beginning, chief or principle thing.

Proverbs 3:9-10
"Honor the Lord with thy substance and with the first fruits of all thine increase; so shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine."

The Root Governs the Rest

Roman 11:16
"If the part of the dough is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches.”

Unlike many things in this world today, God and his word still stands faithful and true. In spite of what the media says, the atheist says, you said or I said God’s word is being fulfilled each and every day. It is written in the “good book” (bible) “let God be true and every man be a liar”.

God will watch over his word to perform it whether you believe it or not. God has never lied and never will lie. If He said it, it shall come to pass! My friend, you don’t have to take my word for it, look at the facts for yourself. There are several statements taken from the word of God I would like for us to  take a a closer look at. This will give you a good idea of not only what time we are living in, but  also whether or not God’s word is true and being fulfilled.

I want you to be the judge of these sayings. Here we go. The bible states that in the last days “men would become lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God. We see this everyday. Just call someon...
